Welcome Back!
10 people. 5 courses. Lots of wine.
For those new to the group, we are 10 friends who work as five couples to make a five-course meal, usually about once every two-to-three months.
Think of it as the world's fanciest potluck... we pick a theme, and then each couple is assigned a course:
Appetizer, Soup, Salad, Main Course or Dessert.
Each couple also provides a wine pairing with each dish they make.
The results surprised even us. A lot of people asked to know more about what we were making, so we decided to start sharing the photos and descriptions and now a website.
